“MIss Kane’s Christmas” by Caroline Mickelson, review by Daniela Domenici
I have lost the count of the modern fairy tales imagined and written by Caroline Mickelson which I’ve read in recent months, I have become almost Caroline-addicted … I love her books … who knows if in one of my previous lives Caroline nd I have probably already met … in a place halfway between Italy and the USA …
The protagonist of this new story, dedicated by Caroline to her mother Annette “who makes any Christmas special,” is Carol Kane Claus, the daughter of Santa Claus, who receives from his father a very difficult task to accomplish on Earth: she must go to visit a father, Ben, and his two lovely little children, Hillary and Patrick, to make them live the magic of Christmas hich they haven’t lived for a long time because of a number of reasons that I do not reveal you not to spoil the surprise!
In order to accomplish her mission she will be helped also by her friends, the elves, by his father’s sleigh and by many other magical elements that help to make this story an unfinished emotion and a smile for the heart and the mind of anyone who has a child heart…
So close your eyes and … let’s go together on Santa Claus’s sleigh … dreams are wishes shut down the heart … especially those of children …
