“The Christmas Makeover” by Caroline Mickelson, review by Daniela Domenici

It is evident that Caroline Mickelson loves Christmas a lot and also polar lanscapes and I love (and I have already reviewed) her delicious modern tales set in those climates in which the protagonist is always Santa Claus surrounded by his male and female elfs (splendid gender balance at North Pole) but, above all, by his beloved family: Mrs Claus and their three children.
In this new tale Santa Claus, still sweetly in love with his wife after many years, wishes to give a her a special surprise gift for Christmas; in order to implement his idea decides to convene, without telling the truth to Mrs Claus, two friends from the USA: Dean, an architect, and Jackie, an interior designer. From their arrival onward a series of funny, but also full of love and solidarity events happen and they will involve everyone at the North Pole.
Also this ebook like the preceding ones by Mickelson centred on Christmas could be a perfect idea for a gift full of smiles and sympathy.
