La poesia si scrive nel mare,
con le parole tuffate nell’onde,
come  piccoli petali rosa,
che scompaiono luccicanti,
riapparendo sulla rena.

La poesia si scrive nella neve,
con le parole gelate,
i bianchissimi abeti,
i cristalli di sogni,
da aprire a Natale.

La  poesia si scrive nel cuore,
con la gocce di sangue,
le parole nelle vene,
e l’ultimo respiro
che parla ancora d’amore.

with words diving into waves,
like little rose petals,
that glittering disappear,
and return on the sand.

with frozen words,
and silver firs,

and crystal dreams,
to be opened at Christmas.

with blood drops,
words into veins.
and the last breath
still speaking of love.
