so our goal must be a sustainable production

and, together with it, a sustainable consumption

the demand for land to provide food, feed for animals and fibre for clothing is greater

because populations become larger (ten billion people by 2050), more urban and wealthier

let’s hope that, in this day, we all better understand

that what we eat and wear is fundamental for the land
